Choosing the Dimensions of Your Menu

What size paper should I order for disposable menus?

Let's keep this simple—we offer two size choices in our single-use menu paper collection. Choose your paper size based on two criteria: the amount of information you want to share, and the size capacity of your printer. Important note, if you’re planning to DIY your single-use menus, check your printer’s manual to make sure the maximum sheet size is at least 11x17 inches.

Letter
8.5 x 11 in
Standard, printer-sized paper. If you have a curated menu design with just a few options to choose from, this is the simplest and easiest option for your disposable menus. You can always make separate menus if the list gets too long: think drinks, lunch, dinner, and dessert.

Ledger
11 x 17 in
Ledger paper is the size of two-letter pages side-by-side. They can be used flat as oversized menus—you could even try using them as placemats, too! If your printer has the option for double-sided printing, ledger-sized sheets can be designed like a booklet and folded in half to hold more information. Important note: If you’re planning to DIY your single-use menus, check your printer’s manual to make sure the maximum sheet size is at least 11x17 inches.
