Get the NEW Mohawk Maker Quarterly at HOW Design Live

If you’re a creative planning to attend the HOW Design Live conference, you’ll likely have a full plate of design workshops, speakers and inspiration to fill your time while in Atlanta.

If inspiration is what you seek, you’ll need to visit with Mohawk (Booth #119) to get your copy of Maker Quarterly issue nine, the newest in the popular Maker Quarterly series. Issue nine will be launched at HOW Design Live, revealing a completely fresh, revamped design, courtesy of San Francisco-based Hybrid Design.

Issue nine is all about inspiration, featuring a new layout, insightful editorial, profiles of emerging global makers, a stunning letterpress print by Stephen Powers, highlighted by a selection of beautifully colored and textured papers.

“Inspiration disrupts, it challenges. It can come from the smallest source and inform massive change. Inspiration opens our eyes, changes our thinking, upends our lives in the best ways,” says Chris Harrold, Mohawk’s Creative Director. We’re thrilled with the direction of change Hybrid is steering for the Mohawk Maker Quarterly, and we’re eagerly anticipating an enthusiastic response to issue number nine from the creative community.”

What began as a vehicle to communicate experiences that are unique to print by highlighting the beauty and tactility of fine paper, the Maker Quarterly has evolved into an award-winning publication showcasing thoughtful editorial features, compelling design, and benchmark printing techniques on a variety of distinctive colored and textured papers which demonstrate the beauty and technical quality of Mohawk’s expansive Text & Cover portfolio.
