ADCD’s 11th Annual Paper Fashion Show

The Art Directors Club of Denver inspired and showcased creativity with its 11th annual Paper Fashion Show. Designers, paper lovers and fashionistas packed a full house as contestants showcased their unique designs made entirely out of paper.

The event was held on April 10th at the Bindery on Blake in Denver, a repurposed warehouse which used to be home to a type foundry and a printing press. Over 40 teams comprised of students and professionals participated, competing to win best in show in a variety of categories.

A portion of ticket sales were donated to Downtown Aurora Visual Arts, a Denver  non-profit organization, which provides community-based arts education programs for at-risk youth. Since the beginning of the Paper Fashion Show in 2004, the Art Directors Club of Denver has been donated a total of $36,500 to DAVA and its cause.

Mohawk was proud to sponsor the event again this year, and we salute the Art Directors Club of Denver and the designers behind these incredibly creative designs. Here’s a look at the teams that selected Mohawk paper for their creations.
