Please call 1-800 the mill and ask to speak to a customer service representative.

For items damaged in shipping:

Please contact the shipping carrier.

For all other items:

Call 1-800 the mill (800-843-6455) for a Return Authorization Number.

  1. Provide your order number to the Customer Service Representative.
  2. The returned items must be unopened.
  3. Returns must made within 30 days of shipment date.
  4. Send returned items to the Mohawk Fine Papers address below:
