The University and College Designers Association (UCDA) outdid themselves again this year by hosting a conference that was informative and inspirational.
To celebrate Flash Back Friday (FBF), we occasionally feature projects, partnerships and events of note that have taken place during the past year, but haven’t yet been featured here on Felt & Wire.
In our last Felt & Wire post, we introduced a special event we recently hosted at Mohawk with our friends from Blurb, called #PulptoPrint.
The Pulp to Print retreat featured two days of inspiration by way of tours, exhibits, discussion and the sharing of ideas and work among a group of very creative individuals: academics, artists, photographers, writers, designers – all who value the contribution that fine paper brings to printed projects.
We’re thrilled when we have an opportunity to collaborate creatively. When the partnership involves one of our favorite brands, a group of curious and artistic people, and an opportunity to provide a tour of our mill, we’re over the moon.
So, when Kent Hall of Blurb recently suggested we partake in the #BlurbRoadShow by hosting a creative retreat at Mohawk, we jumped at the opportunity.
