The judging for the 25th annual LOUIE Awards will take place tomorrow and Wednesday (January 29 and 30) at the New York International Gift Fair. The theme of this year’s competition is “The Artist & The Card,” spotlighting the artists behind the cards, the tradition of sending greetings and invitations, and the simple, yet broad, medium of paper.
The 20-panel jury is made up of well-respected industry professionals, including our own Felt & Wire contributor Chandra Greer, Mohawk’s Allyson Van Houten and friends from Oh So Beautiful Paper, Kate’s Paperie, Lion in the Sun and Haute Papier.
LOUIE Award winners and finalists will be announced May 19 during the National Stationery Show. [KR]
