If you are a tax-exempt organization and would like to apply for tax exemption, please follow these directions:
1. Select “Yes” for tax exempt.
2. Upon completion of registration, you click the blue button on the “Thank-You” page that says “Apply for tax exemption”.
3.You will then be taken to another site to complete the form.
4. After the form is completed, Mohawk will approve the application, and an email will be sent notifying you that the process is complete.
5. Within 24 hours after the application is approved, tax will stop being added to your mohawkconnects.com orders.
6. After applying, you may check the status of your application at mohawkconnects.com in the Account Settings area.
