This new Swatchbook is Superfine

Attention Superfine fans: the newly redesigned Superfine Swatchbook is here and is eager to get in your hands.

Fifth in a series of new Mohawk swatchbooks, the Superfine swatchbook has been designed to make the paper specification process clearer, easier and more inspirational for designers, printers, stationers and paper enthusiasts.

The swatchbook features several new Superfine offerings, including Superfine Layers G1S, which was developed to provide extra thick, 34 pt. paper suitable for digital printing; as well as two new, single-ply heavyweight covers with excellent folding characteristics: Eggshell, Ultrawhite 150c/400gsm, 23 pt. and Smooth Digital with i-Tone Ultrawhite 130c/350gsm, 18 pt.

Designers will love the new large waterfall showcasing Superfine’s three iconic shades – Ultrawhite, White and Softwhite – with available basis weights and finishes, as well as a new key system featuring icons to indicate offset papers and digital papers.

Mohawk Superfine has long been celebrated for its quality, consistency and perfect printing surface.  Developed in 1946, Mohawk’s iconic, flagship paper grade has become known as the finest uncoated text and cover paper for offset printing, and as the benchmark in fine paper for digital printing. Celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2016, Superfine has endured – inspiring designers, printers, and craftsmen and women with its archival quality and timeless appeal.

No other premium paper works so well on today’s leading digital printing presses, which makes Mohawk Superfine ideal for social stationery, wedding invitations, greeting cards, business cards, annual reports, real estate collateral, beautiful coffee table books and other high quality photo products, or digital print projects in which luxurious results are essential.

The Superfine grade contains a suite of luxurious and iconic papers ideal for projects demanding extraordinary print results – short-run business cards, luxurious invitations, impactful postcards, substantial brochure covers, premium packaging, gift card holders, perfume sample cards, membership cards, hang tags and more.

The entire Superfine line is made with wind power, is FSC certified and includes a wide range of matching envelopes and Digital with i-Tone items for award-winning digital print performance.

The Superfine swatchbook was designed by Hybrid Design of San Francisco, CA, and produced by McCarty Printing, Erie, PA.
