Data Readiness Coordinator

We are looking for a Data Readiness Coordinator to join our Data Readiness Team. The Data Readiness Coordinator will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and control of new and existing master data related specifically to item costing. This position reports to the Director of Data Readiness and Business Process

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Setup, monitor, and maintain ERP master data related to product structures - items, bills of materials, operations, and other related information
  • Collaborate across functional teams to gather and organize master data setup information
  • Monitor audits and controls to assure data quality
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of master data procedures
  • Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple business areas
  • Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

YOUR SKILLS: 

The right person for this role is a self-starter with a strong attention to detail.  The following are also required:

  • Ability to exercise initiative and ownership within a dynamic, team-based, and collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and data modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to consistently develop and improve professional skillset
  • Minimum 3-5 years of cost accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and other Office applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Data Science or MIS preferred
  • Experience manipulating data within relational databases (SQL) preferred
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services preferred
  • Experience interacting with ERP software preferred
