Celebrating the arrival of Mohawk Superfine, Italian Style: On Tuesday evening, November 12, Mohawk celebrated the Italian launch of its flagship grade, Mohawk Superfine, in Milan, Italy.  A celebratory event to officially announce the brand’s entrance into the Italian market was hosted by Paper & People, Mohawk’s Italian distribution partner, and drew dozens of attendees. It was an eclectic mix of designers, printers, graphic artists, students, brand owners, journalists and paper enthusiasts.

Mohawk Makers: Brewing Up Creativity with Almanac Beer: We kicked off a series of interviews with the talented makers featured in the second issue of the Mohawk Maker Quarterly. Brewing your own beer and illustrating beer labels sounds like a fun pastime – but for Damian Fagan and Jesse Friedman, this hobby is actually work. As co-founders of the Almanac Beer Company in San Francisco, Damian and Jesse manage operations, test and brew their own beer, and design packaging. Damian, the visual designer and company artist, spoke with us about his creative process and how it applies to brewing beer that is farm-to-barrel.
