We were so excited to see all of the great new product, visit with old friends, make some new ones, and see the exciting booth designs exhibitors created this year. We’ve barely made a dent in walking each aisle, but here are a few that stood out during our first day of walking.

Bordo Bello comes to NYC!

BordoBello_0870

Skateboards have long served as a canvas for artists and designers, as a ‘vehicle’ to express creativity. Since 2008, AIGA Colorado’s Bordo Bello has been using the board as a medium for designers who want to have a little fun and support mentorship programs. Over the last five years more than 1000 artists have shared their work and celebrated the connection of “work, life & fun”. Now the fun comes to the AIGA National  Design Center Gallery for an exhibition which runs through July 3rd. Our favorite part of the exhibition? The incredible paper sculpture, made exclusively with Mohawk papers, mounted in AIGA’s front window. Let us show you a little more.
