Over the past year we’ve been highlighting prominent designers and illustrators who’ve taken part in the MOO Luxe Project, including Michael Osborne, whose new studio we featured March 1. We’re pleased to note that Joey’s Corner, through which Osborne and his cohorts provide pro bono creative services to nonprofit groups focusing on health care, children’s and social well-being issues, has gained almost $10,000 from the studio’s involvement with the project!
We wrote about Osborne’s Luxe cards here. The experience, he says, has been most satisfying. “I felt so fortunate to be able to do such a fun project and receive funds for Joey’s Corner. It was also great to be able to design with such wide open parameters, such as, ‘create some images that people will love.’ No problem.” [TB]
